The following T&Cs apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and businesses.
These T&Cs also apply to businesses for future commercial relations without the need for any formal expression thereof. Unless expressly approved by us to the contrary, we cannot accept the contractual validity of any conflicting or complementary general terms and conditions used by any business.
2. Contractual partners, conclusion of the contract
The purchase contract is concluded with K & N GbR.
The inclusion of products within the online shop constitutes a binding commitment on our part to enter into a contract vis-à-vis the items. Subsequently, you may place our products in your basket without obligation and amend your entries at any time prior to the binding order confirmation by using the correction facilities that are provided for this purpose and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded by clicking on the order button to confirm the goods contained in your basket. Once you have sent your order you will immediately receive a further confirmation via e-mail.
The languages available for concluding the contract are English and German.

Our shop offers the following payment methods:
Your credit card will be debited at the time of order submission.
You choose to pay the order amount via the online service PayPal. In all cases you must be registered with PayPal, or only just have completed registration, and must be able to provide your relevant details and have confirmed the payment order to us. Further instructions will be provided during the ordering process.
4. Return, replacement
The return, replacement or cancelation of entry tickets is not possible. Since the sale of tickets is not deemed as a distant selling contract according to § 312 b Abs. 3 Nr. 6 BGB, the customer does not have the right to cancel or return the sale/item. Each order is binding and has to be paid.
A cancelation of the contract and the resulting return of tickets can only be caused by time shifting to a different date or the complete cancelation of the event.
In these cases the customer has to return the tickets immediately, but latest 14 days after the original date of the event. The tickets have to be sent to:
K & N GbR, Hauptstraße 2, 24361 Holzbunge. The arrival date of the tickets at K & N is decisive for meeting the deadline for a possible refund. Providing the original tickets (no copies) within the dead-line is the main requirement. Shipping and administration fees are non-refundable.
5. Final provisions
If you are a business, German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN sale of goods law.
If you are a business person (Kaufmann) within the meaning of the German Commercial Code, a public legal entity (juristische Person des öffentlichen Rechts) or public-sector entity with special assets (öffentlichrechtlich-rechtliches Sondervermögen), the exclusive jurisdiction for any contractual disputes between us shall be that of our head office location.
