Heinz Taubenheim started his Whisky collection in 1972.

Because of his huge knowledge about Bourbons from the "good old times", he was able to introduce many Whiskyfans to American Whiskeys. He lived an authentic enthusiasm and passion for quality of "old style" Bourbons. His great love were Willet Bourbon.
Taubi has been a role-model in how to conduct a tasting using humour, funny real life stories an providing knowledge in a most entertaining way.
The taste ist: Pecan nut, caramelized popcorn & roasted dry hazelnuts.
